Sell Templates + Pricing

This page explains exactly how paid template selling works today on Claws.supply.

Who can sell paid templates

To sell paid templates, your account should be a verified seller:

• X account linked
• Stripe Seller Account connected and verified

Start from your profile: /profile.

Current commission model

Current platform commission rates are:

• Direct sale: 20% platform fee
• Browsing sale: 30% platform fee

These are the current values used by the platform today.

Direct vs browsing sales

• Direct means the buyer comes through your direct referral path.
• Browsing means the buyer discovers your template through marketplace browsing flows.

90-day direct attribution window

Direct referral attribution is retained for 90 days.

That means if a buyer is attributed to your direct referral path, direct sale pricing can still apply during that 90-day window.

Worked example ($100 template)

If template price is $100:

• Direct sale (20%): platform keeps $20, seller payout is $80
• Browsing sale (30%): platform keeps $30, seller payout is $70

Payout readiness checklist

From /profile, ensure:

1. Connect X account is completed.
2. Connect Stripe account is completed.
3. If Stripe is not fully verified yet, use Continue Stripe onboarding then Refresh.

When both checks are complete, your account is treated as verified for paid selling and payouts.

Important note

Rates and marketplace rules can evolve over time, but the current documented model is:

• 20% direct
• 30% browsing
• 90-day direct attribution window
